Who should upgrade
- Calendar-first planners who need the full calendar views.
- Habit trackers running more than 5 habits at once.
- Anyone who has outgrown 9 lists or 99 tasks in one list.
- Shared lists with 3 or more people.
Who can stay on the free plan
If you keep to up to 9 lists, track a few habits, share with one or two people and mostly work from a daily list, the free plan does the job. The caps only start to bite when you push past those numbers.
